Weddings
With regard to weddings or large social events, Rose and Pristine Villas can hold weddings. A villa must be rented out for no less than 4 nights, when hosting your wedding/reception here.

Any gathering where an additional 10+ individuals, apart from the 12 guests staying at the villa, will be considered an event, and must be discussed with management during the booking process. Certain fees will apply depending on the number of people attending and the nature of the gathering.
Guests show acceptance and agreement with the information left on this website by making payment to occupy the said villa/property.

Tobago Plantation Limited Conditions for Event or Function:
Seven (7) days notice in writing of an event comprising twenty (20) or more persons must be given.
Amplified music is not permitted after 11.00p.m. TPL will reserve the right to take whatever action necessary in order to maintain the peace.
No other activities that will cause a disturbance will be permitted e.g fireworks.
Absolutely, no parking will be permitted on the verges, empty lots, other homes, or alongside the entrance/exit of driveways (whether these homes are occupied or not). This is a residential development and is not configured to accommodate volume parking often associated with the holding of such events/functions. Accordingly, special permission MUST be obtained in advance for events that will attract a large number of vehicles.
Parking has to be organized away from the villa at an area designated by TPL Security. A shuttle service has to be organized to transport guest to and from the parking area/villa. The cost of such is to be paid by the client.
Notice must be given about any dignitaries that might be attending the function e.g the Chief Secretary, Prime Minister or Ministers of Parliament and Assemblymen who may have a security detail.
Caterers / servers and service providers who will have to remain at the villa, will have to drop off whatever items or equipment they need and have their private vehicle parked at the designated area.
Family members or persons within the function will have to park their vehicle on the villa compound or at the designated area.
Patrons must comply with all instructions issued by Tobago Plantations Security officers, should it become necessary for such officers to intervene due to non- compliance.
As per subject there are fees to be paid to Tobago plantations Limited in respect of functions/events to be held on the resort. Please note that you are required to deal directly with Tobago Plantations regarding these fees. The compositions of the fees are as follows:
1. Provision of security is at a rate of $ 55 TT per hour for one security officer (double on public holidays)- may need more than 1 officer depending on number of guests.
2. User fee being $ 3000 TT
3. Administrative fee of $ 200 TT
