You will receive an automated email confirming your request sent to us. Note that this is not the confirmation email.
Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 11am- if you wish for earlier check in or later check out, this must be requested. Please note that this is not always possible, but if it is there is an additional fee of $40 US for every 3 hours added.

Review Your Booking
rental policy
We have a 3 night minimum rental policy.
A safety deposit of one night fee is required to reserve a villa. This deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your stay, once there are no damages. (For return clients this fee will be waived)
We require a 50% deposit of the total price for accommodation. This deposit should be made within 1 week of receiving your invoice via email.
The final payment is required 1 month prior to the booking commencement.
For all bookings made less than a month away from commencement date, 100% payment will be due within 1 week of receiving an invoice.
cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made at least 1 month prior to the booking commencement to be eligible for full refund.
Cancellations made on discounted bookings can be rescheduled for a later time, but will not be eligible for a refund. These dates must be rescheduled at least 1 month in advance of the original booking arrival date, unless impacted by Governmental lock-down and lack of flights/ferries to Tobago.
In the event of a cancellation made less than seven (7) days prior to the arrival date, the renter will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the renter will incur a 50% charge.
Deposit is non-refundable for no shows.
